Historically, field applied condensation control has been a necessary and labor-intensive construction element for non-climate controlled buildings. Now, popular McElroy Metal roofing panels are available with factory-applied MoistureLok anti-condensation membrane. The end result is an economical and non-labor intensive condensation solution.
MoistureLok is available on McElroy Metal's Max-Rib, MESA, Multi-Rib (PB), MasterLok-90 and Mirage panels.

Tax Credit for Metal Roofing

As a result of the Stimulus Package signed in February of 2009, homeowners who make energy efficient updates to their home may be eligible for a tax credit worth 30% of the installation costs (materials only) up to $1,500. These updates include the installation of a painted Energy Star compliant metal roof between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010.
